Uvalde City Council is working to change a local ordinance to allow upright headstones for the victims of the Robb Elementary School shooting. Council members tabled the motion on Tuesday after realizing they'll need to change the language in the ordinance to include additional maintenance fees before approving the motion. The victims' families and the Uvalde public want to see the change made. Once the city figures out the cost of the extra fees, council members are expected to pass the ordinance.
