A Texas law that allows local cops to arrest illegal immigrants is back on hold. The Supreme Court allowed a temporary stay of the law to expire, but moments later reversed course because of a new filing that challenges the law. Opponents claim only the federal government has the right to enforce immigration law. Texas officials say they need every tool at their disposal to deal with the crisis brought on by the Biden administration's open-border policies.
