Four people have died after a fire on San Antonio's Southeast side. Firefighters say the fire started in the home in the 4400 block of Wrangler Run around 10:30 a.m.
The home was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived and due to the magnitude of the fire, a second alarm was called.
Firefighters later confirmed four people died in the blaze. An investigation is underway.
