A District Court judge says the wrongful termination lawsuit against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton can continue. Wednesday's ruling rejects Paxton's latest motion to have the case thrown out. The ruling comes a day after the Texas Supreme Court issued an emergency ruling temporarily delaying Paxton's deposition in the case, which was scheduled for Thursday. Four former employees of Paxton's office claim they were fired after complaining to the FBI about his possible misconduct in helping a friend and campaign donor.
