A man is sentenced to 70-years in prison for the fatal drive-by shooting of a four-year-old boy in 2017. Quentin Phillips is the first of four men to be put on trial for the murder of De'Earlvion Whitley. The suspects reportedly fired 65 shots into a home, killing the boy and wounding his mother. The jury found Phillips guilty of murder on Friday, then deliberated nearly two-hours before sentencing him on Tuesday. The maximum sentence that Phillips could have faced was life in prison.
