City leaders in El Paso are announcing new efforts to help deal with the migrant issue. City officials said Tuesday that they have been sending roving teams to areas where migrants are gathering like Sacred Heart Church and offering them shelter. Migrants who take the help are being housed in local hotels, with some 200 migrants being moved to hotels Monday night alone. Officials say there has been a spike in migrant numbers in El Paso in recent weeks.
