Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Earns First Tournament Win

The NCAA men's basketball tournament tipped off with Texas A&M-Corpus Christi topping Southeast Missouri State 75-71 in Dayton. The Islanders were led by Jalen Jackson, who scored a team-high 22 points to go along with six rebounds. Isaac Mushila chipped in with 15 points and 12 rebounds. With the victory, the Islanders advance to face Alabama in the first round of the tournament tomorrow afternoon.
