Senator Ted Cruz says President Biden should have had the Chinese spy balloon shot down sooner than Saturday. Appearing on CBS's "Face the Nation," the Texas Republican said that he commended the president for "having the guts" to shoot down the balloon, but Biden shouldn't have waited so long to take action. Biden said Saturday he issued the order on January 30th to shoot it down as soon as possible, but claims he decided to hold off given the safety issues with falling debris.
