Witches are casting a spell on Google's list of most popular Halloween costumes this year. Google Trends has released its 2022 FrightGeist that takes a look at the most searched for costumes in the U.S. and for the second straight year, witch comes in at number one. Rounding out the top five are Spider-Man, dinosaur, "Stranger Things," and fairy. On a city-by-city basis, Spider-Man tops the list in Los Angeles and Atlanta, rabbit hops to the top of Philadelphia's rankings, and fairy is New York City's most popular costume. As far as San Antonio? The Piñata tops the list. Other popular Texas costumes that are trending include dinosaur, clown and rabbit.
