San Antonio officials are still discussing what to do with $50 million of unexpected revenue. The windfall comes from CPS Energy, whose revenues have spiked along with customers' bills. City staff had proposed giving bill credits to CPS customers, based their energy usage in July. But some city council members suggested in a Tuesday budget meeting that the money could be used to prepare for future severe weather through initiatives like home weatherization. City Council will vote on the city budget in just over two-weeks
