He noted that Russian oil makes up only a small part of the oil available to the U.S. However, Biden warned the move will likely cause U.S. gas prices to rise even more. Gas prices are now the highest they've ever been, up to four-dollars and 17-cents a gallon today. The White House has been under increasing bipartisan pressure to halt all Russian energy imports.
