The City of San Antonio is adding three new coronavirus testing sites to enhance testing capacity and reduce wait times. Metro Health is working with Community Labs to bring the no-cost testing sites to the Alamo Colleges District Support Operations Building, Palo Alto College, and St. Philip's College. The new sites may be open as soon as today. No appointment is necessary, and testing will be done for walk-ups only. Metro Health says patients can expect results within 24-hours.
