Woman In Custody After Driving Tractor In Rockwall Fourth Of July Parade

A woman is in custody for driving her tractor in the Rockwall Fourth of July parade after she reportedly caused a "disturbance" in the staging area. Police say 61-year-old Laurie Bostic was told she could not take part in the parade but did anyway. Officers were seen chasing the tractor in vehicles and on foot. They eventually forced her to drive off the road and into a fence. Bostic was taken into custody on charges of evading arrest, interference with a processional, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief.
