The chair of a committee Mayor Ron Nirenberg formed to figure out what went wrong during the winter storm says he expects to report their findings by next month. Former city councilman Reed Williams told city council members on Thursday that his target date is June 15th. The Committee on Emergency Preparedness has been meeting for two-months, asking the city and its two publicly owned utilities how residents lost power and water for days, and how to prevent it from happening again.
