Gov. Greg Abbott is pledging that the state will do everything it can to support small businesses in Texas and promote their development. Abbott made the comment on Thursday during a roundtable discussion with small business owners in Dallas. The meeting was held at Ruibal's Plants of Texas. The governor pointed out that 90-percent of Texas businesses are small operations, and they employ about half of the state's working people. Texas also leads the nation in corporate relocations and expansions.
