Austin Dating App Expects IPO To Be Worth $2B+

An Austin-based dating app maker is expecting its initial public offering today to top $2 billion. On Wednesday evening, Bumble set the trading price for its Class A common stock at $43 per share. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bumble said it expects to sell 50-million-shares the stock. The shares are to begin trading on the Nasdaq exchange today under the symbol BMBL.
