Lawsuits Claim Funeral Home Switched Bodies Of Two Women

Two families are suing a San Antonio funeral home for switching the bodies of two women who died ten days apart in November. The relatives of 85-year-old Catalina Cervantes and 88-year-old Mary Lou Salinas are seeking more than a million-dollars in damages in two separate lawsuits. A lawyer for Mission Park Funeral Chapel claims one of the families misidentified the remains of their mother and didn't notice even during an open-casket funeral. The second family reportedly pointed out the problem.
