A man is dead and his son critically injured after a being hit by a suspected drunk driver overnight.
Police say it happened about 9:30 last night at Nacogdoches Road and Friesenhahn Court on the city's northeast side. The men were stopped at a red light when a car going at a high rate of speed slammed into them. The female driver of the car was also hurt and could face charges in the case.
