Cruise Line Redirects Two Ships Because Of Coronavirus Worries

Carnival Cruise Lines "Carnival Freedom"

A Galveston-based cruise line is announcing the redirection of a couple of its ships to accommodate the outbreak of the coronavirus. The Carnival Cruise Line says the redirected ships are Carnival Freedom and Carnival Horizon. They were scheduled to arrive at Jamaica and Grand Cayman this week. Freedom instead will go to Belize and Cozumel, while Horizon will put in at Grand Turk and Nassau. The cruise line says there's no health threat, but they're trying to avoid any place they may run the risk of being turned away.
