San Antonio police say they were on the scene of an accident when a shooting victim drove up to the scene. The victim had apparently been at a party nearby when he was shot in a possible drive-by shooting and was being driven to the hospital when they drove upon the accident at Zarzamora and Culebra. The investigation continues.
