Dodgers Outlast Red Sox In 18 Innings

The Dodgers are back in the World Series.  Max Muncy homered in the bottom of the 18th inning to give the Dodgers a 3-2 win over the Red Sox in Game Three in Los Angeles.  It was the  longest game in World Series history.  Both teams scored on throwing  errors in the 13th inning to keep the game going.  Jackie Bradley Jr.'s  solo homer in the eighth tied it at one for Boston.  Joc Pederson  homered in the third for LA.  Alex Wood got the win, while Nathan  Eovaldi took the loss.  Boston still leads the best-of-seven series 2-1,  with Game Four Saturday in Los Angeles.
