Jonathan Lucroy smacked a grand slam in the second inning as the Athletics roughed up the Rangers 15-3 in Texas. Matt Chapman added a three-run homer and knocked in four for Oakland, which won its third straight. Stephen Piscotty also went deep and plated three runs in the victory. Brett Anderson tossed six innings of two-run ball for the win. Elvis Andrus hit a two-run homer for the Rangers. Cole Hamels was rocked for seven runs in five frames to suffer the loss.
