A man is fighting for his life after being shot in the parking lot of a northwest side bar at closing time, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police were called to the Speedway Sports Bar in the 8800 block of Grissom Rd. shortly after 2AM, and when they arrived, they found a 35 year old man lying in the parking lot, bleeding from a gunshot wound to the stomach.
They were told the victim had been arguing with two men inside the bar, and when the place closed, all three walked outside. That's when one of the two men the victim has arguing with pulled a gun and shot him.
The victim was rushed to the hosptial in very critical condition. The two men walked away and remain at large.
