A former Playboy playmate is avoiding jail time for a body shaming incident. Dani Mathers pleaded no contest today to misdemeanor charges and was placed on three years probation. The 30-year-old came under fire last summer when she posted a photo of a naked woman at the gym on Mathers' Snapchat account and made a derogatory comment about the woman's appearance. She quickly apologized, but was criminally charged with invasion of privacy counts. She still faces a possible lawsuit from the victim in.
