Gray Digital Group is a well-respected full service agency looking for a web developer to join our digital team. The Web Developer will support the digital team and provide web support for the growing number of client projects within the business. This role will be responsible for various web development and website maintenance tasks. This individual will join a team of developers in a role that has great potential and future expansion.

Experience and fluency with developer tools, Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator
Experience with standards-compliant HTML/4&5, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
Browser compliance including IE 6+, Firefox, Chrome and Safari
Experience with front-end coding, building and executing a complete website from scratch
Experience in graphics, layout, scripting, programming, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various frameworks supported by IT.
Familiar with mobile and responsive design principles
Ability to create web applications and components from the requirements stage, through design, through production deployment
Solid understanding of typography and layout and can visually organize complex information in a way that is logical and clear
Ability to work quickly under pressure, delivering quality work within tight deadlines
Collaborates effectively with web team and cross-functional teams
Clearly communicates project status and dependencies to teammates and cross-functional teams
Escalates issues in a timely manner and provides positive solutions or alternatives to problems
Successfully manages priorities to set expectations, maintain stakeholder satisfaction, and deliver projects on time, error-free and at the highest quality
Works along an established design process, following Web department standards for naming conventions, documentation and file organization
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
Flexibility and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative requirements
Ability to follow creative direction
Ability to be thorough and meticulous follow through with small details
Creative and imaginative skills required
Additional knowledge of print design and production and branding a plus
Web development experience
Associate Degree or Higher
