Gray Digital Group is a well-respected full service agency looking for a account coordinator to join our digital team. The Account Coordinator will act as the main point of contact regarding customer service, up-sell opportunities, cross-sales, contract fulfillment and renewals and other online services based on individual client needs, budgets and goals. This role will be responsible for managing various existing clients and their online initiatives. This individual will join a team of account coordinators in a role that has great potential and future expansion.
Account Manager with agency experience (required)
Experience managing junior account managers
Proven track record dealing with multiple clients / accounts in the creative industry
Ability to take develop concepts into actionable tasks (concept to plan to proposal to executed project)
Solid understanding of web design, applications, new media, social networking, etc.
Design, web development, or programming skills / experience a plus
Proven track record with social media (personal facebook account, twitter, flikr, or similar)
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to coordinate and work with graphics designers, web developers, programmers
Ability to Multi-task
Eye for the creative
Tact for demanding what’s expected from designers and developers
Extremely well organized
Great phone and email etiquette
Ability to work in different roles, or multiple roles when necessary
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Superior Customer Service
Bachelor Degree Preferred
Minimum 5 Years of Experience
