• Manage client relationships and projects from start to finish, maintain and manage clients’ expectations, budgets and time lines.
• Must be able to communicate clients’ needs and expectations to the creative and technical teams and keep manager involved and informed on all major aspects of each account.
• Must maintain a commitment to customer service while following established company processes and methodologies for project work-flow, communication and documentation
• Help ensure successful completion of projects
o Plan and execute assignment activities
o Coordinate with traffic and technical departments
o Conduct client meetings and internal team meetings
o Observe time-lines
o Adhere to budget guidelines/constraints
• Maintain an open rapport and build relationships with client side decision-makers
• Must be able to identify potential new business leads to promote and sell new products
• Must maintain a working knowledge of social media, interactive media, technological trends and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree/Minimum of 3-5 years account service or marketing experience required
• Advertising (Client Side) or Agency experience required
• Experience with interactive media preferred
• Well-versed in dealing with a wide variety of marketing campaigns
• Detail-oriented and very organized
• Effective written and oral communication skills
