Around sunset on Wednesday, February 6th, this cloud formation appeared northeast of Kerrville, Texas. While I maneuvered the vehicle through the parking lot at Lowe's to obtain a better angle, my wife took the photo. It appears that the outflow of the thunderhead created a crown effect at the top.
