I had gotten tickets to the Brooks and Dunn for me, my boyfriend and a few friends. Little did I know that my boyfriend had planned to propose the same night at the concert. When Neon Moon started to play I remember seeing him get out of his chair. Not knowing exactly what he was doing, I kind of didn't pay attention much. Then out of the corner of my eye, I saw him get down on one knee and ask me to marry him. I was shocked!! When I said "YES" the rows around us all cheered. It was the best!!!
