San Antonio – Mike Jinks is taking his talents to Lubbock, Texas. Coach Jinks confirming to News 4 WOAI via text message late Wednesday that he is leaving Steele High to become the running backs coach at Texas Tech. Jinks has guided Steele to a 43-4 record in the past three seasons, including two trips to the state final. We will hear from Jinks Thursday evening on News 4 WOAI.
