COLLEGE STATION - After wowing fans for weeks and leading Texas A&M to a surprising 3-1 start, Johnny Manziel--the Aggies' record-setting quarterback--has finally been named the SEC offensive player of the week.

What exactly did "Johnny Football" do to earn this honor?

Well, other than lead his team to a 58-10 victory over Arkansas, the freshman signal-caller accounted for four touchdowns and broke a 43-year SEC record.  Manziel's 557 total yards against the Razorbacks topped Archie Manning's record-setting 540 yard performance in 1969.

Manziel is putting together a special season thus far, having completed 70 percent of his passes, for 1,094 yards,10 TDs and still no interceptions.

The Aggies will continue their season on October 6 at Mississippi.
