Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid has yet to rule out quarterback Michael Vick for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins.

Reid said Wednesday Vick is continuing to rest after sustaining a concussion in last Sunday's loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Vick is still experiencing headaches, which are preventing him from undergoing a series of tests that would allow him to return to the field.

Rookie Nick Foles worked with the first-team offense in practice and will make his first NFL start if Vick isn't cleared to play.

Reid did rule wide receiver Jason Avant out with a hamstring injury.
