The Kansas City Chiefs placed safety Jarrad Page on injured reserve Wednesday.

Page is in his fourth year in the NFL and third as a starter for the Chiefs. He made all 16 starts in 2007 and 2008.

In 53 career games (39 starts), Page has totaled 204 tackles, 10 interceptions and 24 passes defensed. He posted 19 tackles in five games this season.

Additionally on Wednesday, the Chiefs announced they signed cornerback Travis Daniels. He signed with Kansas City earlier in the year but was released prior to training camp.

Over four NFL seasons with Miami (2005-07) and Cleveland (2008), Daniels has 126 tackles, three interceptions and 19 passes defensed in 51 games -- 26 starts.
