SAN ANTONIO - Testimony continued Wednesday in the trial of Aaron Alaniz, 21, who is accused of shooting and killing Vicente Huerta, 22, during a robbery attempt back in 2007.
Victoria Ochoa took the stand and told the court she was the one who got a ride from Huerta and lured him to a nearby parking lot where he was ambushed by Alaniz and four other men. Ochoa admits hearing the gun go off, but told they court she never wanted anyone to be hurt. Ochoa pointed out Alaniz to jurors on Wednesday as the man who pulled the trigger.
Ochoa is charged with aggravated robbery.
If convicted, Alaniz faces five years to life in prison.
