This is a friend of mine, who just returned from Vacation in Chicago, and I am soooo sorry to hear this. She was such a good person and I hope that the "estranged boyfriend" is found and questioned. As for the person who hit her, I hope that the guilt will eat at them and they come forward. To her children and family, my prayers are with you all. Tency, you will be missed dearly.

@usmcgab, got your panties tied up? I made that comment because of the police car in the picture to this story. Obviously, your too stupid to have read my comment as I specifically stated "Prayers to the family" it was not meant to be offending to the deceased rather, poking at SAPD.

he probably had it planned to start the argument on the freeway in hopes of a disaster , they should get him for mental murder, if there's such a word? such stories are becoming way too common.

usmcgab, you must live in LALA Land. Nothing is going to be done to this police officer. if you truly believe this guys story then you too are part of the problem. Not all of you are bad, but a lot of you are and you know who they are. Like I said if you don't clean up your own house then you too will considered dirty. I personally have met more bad apples than good ones. the majority of you did not become police officers to serve and protect. You became police officers because that is all you could do. One question to you, why do the police union not want random drug testing of their officers? They are scared of the results because they know alot of you would fail. Most civilian employees have no problem with random drug testing. why do your union members insist on not being tested?

JoNoes your a jackass for posting that comment. I am more then sure if this was one of your family member's you wouldn't like someone making that type of remark. Second you don't know the whole story of the police shooting. If that officer did do something stupid then he will be dealt with. Just because one screws up, doesn't mean the rest are the same.

What a tragedy, should've of called a "cop friend" to escort her home. Seems like that is a new service SAPD is now providing to damsels in distress. Prayers to the family.
