Woman stabbed in the back by a relative

SAN ANTONIO -- A woman in her mid-40s was transported in serious condition to University Hospital at about to 1 p.m. Saturday after police say she was stabbed by her relative.

Police tell News 4 WOAI that the stabbing occurred at an apartment complex located in the 5000 block of Wildflower Drive close to Bandera Road on the Northwest side.

A man was taken into custody for questioning, but has not been officially charged.

Authorities say the woman had multiple stab wounds to her back.

Ther's an old saying: Keep your enemies close but your friends and family closer. You can't trust family that want what you have because they don't have anything.Hope she is alright.
