That woman was probably in front of that store spreading the Gospel, which neither Carmen the Roach nor Dodo Bird have the courage to do.

What was this woman doing standing around in front of a store in that part of town? I imagine she was up to no good. The Sheriff should be notified and bid to conduct an investigation.
