SAN ANTONIO -- A woman is recovering after she was shot in the back while sitting inside a car.
Emergency crews were called to the Las Colinas Apartments on Chase Hill around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. Officers say a group of people were in a car, and one man was playing with a gun that went off.
The injured woman was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
The man who fired the gun was arrested and faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
