SAN ANTONIO -- Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a shooting on the West Side.
Emergency crews were called to a home near San Fernando Street and Southwest 21st Street around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday after a woman was shot in the knee.
Witnesses told police they saw a suspect run into or near a house. Police searched the neighborhood but did not find him.
The woman was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.
