A Department of Public Safety spokesperson said 31-year-old Yuri Casares was traveling on Highway 97 around 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, when she swerved to avoid hitting a tire in the roadway.

If other drivers picked up after themselves this accident would not haved happen. The city workers should drive arouind and clean the highways, keep them safe for the taxpayers.
