SAN ANTONIO -- A woman was hospitalized Monday after a rollover accident just north of Downtown.
Police say the woman was driving near Highway 281 and Grayson around 2:00 p.m. Monday when she swerved to avoid rear-ending a car. Her car ended up hitting the guardrail, which caused it to rollover.
The woman was taken to Methodist Hospital Downtown.
