SAN ANTONIO -- Police are searching for a man they say assaulted and robbed a woman while she was walking to work.

The attack happened shortly before 11:00 a.m. Friday in the 3600 block of Magic Drive. Investigators say the woman was walking through a wooded area when a man who was apparently hiding there jumped out, knocked her down, and stole her money.

The man then ran back into the woods. The woman was not seriously injured and ran to a passerby, who then called police.

If you have any information about this robbery, please immediately contact Crime Stoppers at 224-STOP (7867), submit a tip online, or text a tip by texting "Tip 127 plus your tip" to CRIMES (274637).

We need to lower the gas prices and food prices..People are getting desperate and doing crazy things..Not excusing the action "again" I always try to think Pro-Active instead of Re-active..
