SAN ANTONIO -- A woman was seriously injured in a crash in South Bexar County Tuesday afternoon.
The accident happened around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 16, near Brentwood Drive. Deputies said a man and five children were traveling in a truck on Highway 16, when a woman in a car pulled out in front of them. The two vehicles collided, and the woman's car was knocked into a median ditch.
The woman was taken by AirLife to University Hospital.
The man and the five children were transported to a hospital as a precaution.
