Lt. Wells said the suspect has been under investigation since January, after someone in the home reported missing jewelry worth $25,000.
Kinard was considered a regular visitor.
"She was making a lot of visits to the home, which was unusual. And once she knew they made a police report, those visits stopped or slowed down, which they also thought was suspicious as well,” Lt. Wells told us.
