SAN ANTONIO - The City of Windcrest is under Stage 3 water restrictions effective immediately.
Here's what that means:
Residents will only be allowed to water their lawns one day a week based on the last digit of their address.
On your assigned day, you can only water with a sprinkler between 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. TO 10 p.m.
Hand watering is allowed any day, but only during the hours listed above.
Other limitations include restaurants only serving water upon request and ornamental fountains can only operate if they're using recycle water.
