SAN ANTONIO -- A water main break is causing flooding in a South Side neighborhood.

The break happened around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on Hansford Street, near Interstate 10 and Roosevelt.

Workers had repaired the pipe earlier in the week, but it broke again, flooding the street and causing big problems for people there.
