SAN ANTONIO -- Dozens of volunteers got together Saturday at Community Bible Church to pack two thousand shoe boxes filled with gifts for kids.
Operation Christmas Child helps make Christmas a little brighter for children in 100 countries.
The shoe box gifts are filled with school supplies, toiletries and toys.
Operation Christmas Child hopes to collect 9 million gift-filled shoe boxes this year, with thousands coming from San Antonio.
