It is because the Beureao of Alcohol and Firearms, because the second Becky on Roseanne is not the least thing that could be correct and I am tired of you Mexicans in San Antonio trying to be white people up north. Like Lervia.

I saw this in a movie yesterday afternoon. It is because of the BAT man, who can fly down from sky scrapers because he has a cape. He shoots people in China land because he can, because he is the batman, like America. Because America is black and brown and going down town to see what the China man is trying to do. And he is going to stop it.

I just want to say to this person who commited this wrongful crime, I dont know how you and your family can live with this awful guilt, One day you will know the love of a child of your own, God forbid, that your child dies of a wrongful act, you as a father will do anything in your power to make sure that this person pays . Then, will you know how the Presas Family feels and how they want justice for their dautghter's death. Be a MAN and live up to what you did. I hope you will be haunted with her image in your mind forever!!!!!!!!!!!

Quote from the article: "“They (police) knew that night of the investigation that they put in their report that they didn't think the accident was caused because he was drunk. Why didn't they tell us that from the beginning?" Prosecutors would have needed to prove that alcohol was the cause for a manslaughter conviction." Going solely on the info provided in this article and the above quote, the plea deal appears to be the only way to insure any sort of conviction and give this guy a record of any sort. I'm NOT excusing the guy, I'm just saying that reality sometimes doesn't give us the solution that we'd prefer. And, from the parents' comments, they knew it would be a difficult case. I think that the worst of it for them comes from the fact that they weren't consulted about the deal, or it explained to them before it was done. Sad situation all the way around.

If they were both drunk, they had no business driving. Ok so one DUI was in the morgue, the other should be locked up for a long time.

This is to sdsmithtx1..the story also leaves out the fact that he did not even get out of his truck to see if she was ok. He just left her lying on the road like a dog. Or that he did not even call 911 to get her help. That is why we encourage people, for either side, that if you do not know ALL the facts not to sit in judgment. This story was just meant to get out the fact that after 3 1/2 years of the family being told that there was going to be a trial, 4 days before the trial, they dismiss the charges.

First, let me say that my heart goes out to Pamela's family and friends. But at the end of the day, let us not forget that she was also drinking and driving. If alcohol did not play a part in the accident, it is a tragic ACCIDENT! Therefore, the judicial system cannot charge this individual with intox manslaughter. Come on people let us keep the facts in mind here.
