SAN ANTONIO - We’ve gathered new details on a deadly crash that happened Saturday on I-10.
The woman who was killed has been identified as 60-year-old Sylvia Martinez.
EMS crews told us Martinez was driving on I-10 near MLK Blvd. when she drove off the road and into a guardrail. They believe she had a medical condition which may have contributed to the crash.
Martinez was a long time employee at the San Antonio Express News where she worked as the paper’s main line phone operator.
