SAN ANTONIO -- An access road was closed briefly Tuesday morning after a VIA bus hit something on the highway.
The accident happened around 6:30 a.m. on the access road of Loop 410 near Ingram Park Mall. First responders say the bus began leaking fuel as it exited the highway.
HazMat crews treated the area with sand to absorb the liquid.
